EESTEC Visits the VDE Cart-Team

During the tour of the Institute of Electrical Engineering (ETI), the participants of the Electrify: Mobility of Tomorrow Workshop had a chance to learn more about an interesting project from the VDE students group.

Matthias Luh and Daniel Ladiges, also members of JLC Karlsruhe, explained their work in detail. The team is creating a completely new battery powered electric cart. It serves an educational purpose and the team works with a number of institutes at KIT to offers students a chance to learn directly from working on a vehicle. Multiple Bachelor thesis, connected directly to this cart, have already been written.

The amount of passion and work these students invest in this project is astonishing and we are glad to support them.
