The Intelligent Process Automation and Robotics Lab (IPR) at the Institute for Anthropomatics and Robotics was our next station: Dr. Jörg Raczkowsky gave us interesting insights into the field of medical robotics and described the state of the art of robotic assistance in surgery. It was impressive to experience this hand-on during the lab tour that followed the short lecture. We’d like to thank the IAR-IPR team, especially Dr. Raczkowsky, for the tour and their engagement to answer all our questions!
